Each serve delivers 5.1g of dietary fibre, including soluble fibre such as inulin and fructooligosaccharides (FOS), which act as prebiotics to help nourish beneficial bacteria in the gut. Directions of Use

• Simply add 9 grams (1 heaped tablespoon) of Super Gut into 250 mL of cold water and mix well.
• For children or anyone new to fibre, we recommend starting with half a serve.
• If you aren’t new to fibre, but notice some digestive discomfort within the first few days of use, we recommend reducing to a half dose and increasing as tolerance builds.
