Chairman’s Reserve was born to restore the rum culture of Roseau Valley, St Lucia. Using only Guyanese molasses, multiple vats with various yeast strains and a range of different stills, Chairman's Reserve can deliver a wide spectrum of flavours in rum that do justice to the heritage of St Lucia.
An extra-aged sipping rum crafted to mimic rum found in the original forgotten casks of Chairman’s Reserve, which were preserved from St. Lucia Distillers fire on May 2, 2007. Intense nose of sweet raisins, cigar tobacco, amber honey and vanilla. A warm palate offers grilled tropical fruit and candied walnuts rounded with soft spices that persist throughout a long wonderful finish.
