The foam provides support for the 3 phases of your stride. The midsole is flexible for your foot as your heel lifts off the ground, smooth and lightweight through the stride and cushioned at ground constant and toe off. The flyknit technology on the upper is strong and breathable with targeted area for support. It has elements of security and comfort. Additionally, a waffle inspired tread provides traction.
