Description
The NiSi Explorer Collection 150x170mm Nano IR Reverse Graduated Neutral Density Filter is a professional-grade rectangular filter engineered to darken specific areas of your image, such as bright skies during sunrise or sunset, while preserving normal exposure in the foreground. Crafted from B270 tempered glass with NiSi's special hardening process, this filter delivers double the strength of standard glass filters, making it ideal for active photographers who venture into challenging environments. The reverse-graduated design places the densest part of the filter at the transition point, perfect for shooting directly into the light source where intensity is harshest at the horizon and tapers off toward the sky. With infrared protection coating and nano-coating technology, it eliminates colour cast and preserves true-to-life colour in both visible and infrared spectrums.
- Reverse graduated design for optimal sky control when shooting into harsh light
- 2-stop light reduction (0.6 density) enables longer exposures and wider apertures
- Double-strength hardened glass resists accidental breakage during adventure photography
- Nano IR coating eliminates unwanted red cast and delivers neutral, true-to-life colour
- Compatible with NiSi 150mm square filter system for flexible landscape photography setups
