Suitable for SLA, DLP and LCD resin-printing systems, its non-abrasive, low-residue formula cleans detailed components without compromising delicate surfaces or the structural integrity of the print. The controlled evaporation rate supports efficient cleaning and fast drying, while the low-odour formulation makes it well suited to professional workshops, production environments and enclosed workspaces with appropriate ventilation.

Kleanium Resin Cleaner can be used for manual cleaning, immersion washing, ultrasonic cleaning and compatible spray-cleaning systems. It is ideal for prototypes, functional components, intricate models and other high-resolution resin prints.

Directions for Use

Pre-Washing or Rinsing

Place the cleaning solution in a separate container and use it to remove excess resin. For pre-washing, gently agitate the component or use a soft brush where required.

Manual Cleaning

Submerge the printed part or equipment in the solution, or apply it using a clean, soft cloth or brush.

Ultrasonic Cleaning

Immerse the part and operate the ultrasonic cleaning system for approximately three to five minutes. After cleaning, rinse with clean water and/or compressed air. Use a lint-free cloth if required.

Allow the part to dry completely before UV post-curing.

Always test compatibility on a small, inconspicuous area before large-scale use.

This product is classified as a hazardous chemical but is not classified as dangerous goods for transport under the Australian Dangerous Goods Code.

Always read the current Safety Data Sheet before use. Wear appropriate protective gloves, clothing and eye or face protection. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area and avoid breathing vapours, mist or spray. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes.

Keep the container tightly closed and stored upright in a cool, dry and well-ventilated location. Protect from direct sunlight, ignition sources and temperatures above 50°C. Dispose of used solution and contaminated resin through an authorised waste facility in accordance with local regulations.
