The Angelbird SD Recording Module - Space Gray is an accessory that lets you capture ProRes 4K/60p video directly to an SD card that can sustain write speeds of at least 220 MB/s. It features a UHS-II SDXC card slot that is backward compatible with UHS-I, a 10 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 interface, and attaches to the back of your phone or compatible case using MagSafe. If you don't have a compatible iPhone, it may be used with other devices that support USB-C recording and offers rig mounting using a 1/4"-20 male/female ARRI standard 3mm anti-twist pins. In addition to support for USB 3.2 Gen 2, the Recording Module is backward compatible with other USB standards and may be used with Thunderbolt 3 and 4 ports, although it will operate using the USB standard supported by your device. Angelbird's Recording Module is resistant to extreme temperatures, shock, ESD, and overloads. In order to provide a more secure connection and reduce wear and tear, the Recording Module uses Solid Connect technology with a recessed internal cable connection. Included is a USB-C cable with a right angle connection on one end and a straight angle on the other.
