GalMax 90 Cold Galvanising Paint & Weld Through Primer

GalMax™ 90 is a professional-grade, zinc-rich cold galvanising paint and weld-through primer designed to provide long-term protection against rust and corrosion.

Containing 90% zinc in the dry film—98.15% by weight—GalMax 90 protects clean steel through a cathodic reaction similar to hot-dip galvanising. Its high-purity zinc coating weathers to the appearance of conventional galvanising, making it ideal for repairing welds, damaged galvanised surfaces and exposed steel.

Available in aerosol, brushable and sprayable formulas, GalMax 90 is suited to metal fabrication, construction, marine maintenance and industrial corrosion protection.

Directions for Use

Apply only to properly prepared, clean steel surfaces. Remove rust, scale, oil, grease, dirt and other contaminants before application. Mix or shake thoroughly and apply using the method appropriate to the selected aerosol, brushable or sprayable formula.
