Precision Hydration Electrolyte Capsules provide all the essential minerals and electrolytes to help you stay properly hydrated.  These capsules are specially formulated to ensure maximum absorption, providing the necessary nutrients for athletes and those on active lifestyles.

These capsules are great for when you need to rely on event feed station water, can't mix drinks during longer activities, or simply prefer plain water over sports drinks. They also come in handy for adding electrolytes to other beverages.

15 capsules per box, swallow with water.

Swallow 1-3 capsules for every ~500ml of water you consume during sweaty exercise lasting more than about 90 minutes.

Each capsule contains:

• Sodium: 250mg
• Potassium: 125mg
