Sourced from vines planted in 1998 on the grey and brown loams of the Moorabool Valley, this wine captures the character of a truly distinctive site. Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, the fruit undergoes a wild ferment that allows the vineyard's personality to shine. Expect bright notes of lemon, lime leaf and tonic water, balanced by a touch of sweetness and lively acidity.
