All orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of payment received. If an order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, please note dispatch will be the next working day.

Small Object Shipping

Please note: For all bicycle purchases, there will need to be someone present at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. This is a requirement of the freight company we use - Allied Express. If you are unlikely to be home during the day, we recommend you provide us with an alternate shipping address during checkout such as a work place address.

Bikes Online offer a 12 month flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don't fit, you've ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don't like what you've ordered.
