The Huma Plus has the great natural taste of the original range but doubles the electrolytes. As they are made of natural ingredients, they are perfect for anyone that struggles to stomach a classic style of gel, easy to process without skimping on that much needed energy boost.
Usage Recommendation: 1 packet 15 minutes before exercise and a packet every 30-45 minutes during exercise.

240mg of sodium
- 80mg of potassium
- 25mg of calcium
- 15mg of magnesium
