Caruso's BERBERINE CRAVE LESS® formulation contains a combination of herbal extracts along with trace minerals. This formula helps to suppress the appetite, reduce hunger and assist in the management of food cravings. Caruso's BERBERINE CRAVE LESS® contains a high extract ratio of Berberis aristata, which has been standardised to the herbal constituent, Berberine. Berberis aristata has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a hepatoprotectant (to protect the liver) and to support the flow of bile, while Caralluma plays an important role in helping to manage food cravings and suppress the appetite. The trace minerals Iodine and Chromium have various actions and in this formulation. Iodine supports the body's metabolic rate, along with supporting healthy thyroid gland function and energy production. Chromium assists in the digestion and metabolism of carbohydrates including sugar and maintains healthy blood sugar in healthy individuals.

Berberis aristata (Indian Barberry) root ext. dry conc.: 334mg, from min/ dry root 33.4g, std. to contain Berberine 250mg.

• Iodine (From Potassium Iodide): 75mcg.
• Chromium (From Chromium Picolinate): 25mg.
• Chromium (From Chromic Chloride Hexahydrate): 75mcg.
• TOTAL CHROMIUM: 1000mcg.
• Caralluma adscendens var. fimbriata (Caralluma) herb ext. dry conc.: 500mg, from dry herb 6g.

Free from animal products, artificial colours, corn, dairy, gluten, lactose, nuts, preservatives, starch, wheat, yeast, soya beans, sugar.

Directions of Use

• Adults: Take 1 tablet before a main meal, 2 times daily or advised by your health professional.
