Beta Alanine is a popular amino acid used in high-intensity training formulas, and Betaine Anhydrous helps support physical performance and power output. Taurine and Himalayan Pink Salt contribute to hydration support, while L-Tyrosine, Alpha GPC and Huperzine A are included to support focus and concentration during demanding workouts. Directions of Use

• Mix 1 scoop (15g) with 300-400mL of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes prior to training.
• For experienced users or higher intensity sessions, mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500-600mL of cold water.
• Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Consume once daily.
• Stay adequately hydrated throughout the day.
