NiSi 75x80mm Natural Night Filter (Light Pollution Filter)

The NiSi 75x80mm Natural Night Filter is a specialized square filter designed exclusively for night photography and astrophotography. Precision-engineered to counteract light pollution from artificial sources such as mercury vapour, sodium, and low-CRI streetlights, this filter blocks unwanted wavelengths whilst maintaining the natural appearance of the night sky. Constructed from high-quality, precision-annealed optical glass with a finely ground and polished surface, it delivers exceptional sharpness even when paired with today's ultra-high megapixel cameras. The filter features NiSi's exclusive NANO Coating technology on both sides, which reduces reflections to minimise ghosting and flare, and includes a protective oleophobic and hydrophobic layer that repels water, dust, and oil for hassle-free maintenance. Compatible with the NiSi M75 square filter system and other filter holders accommodating 75mm wide filters of 2mm thickness, it delivers approximately one stop of light reduction.
