Each sachet contains 115mg of naturally derived caffeine for increased energy, mental clarity and focus. Medium chain triglycerides (or MCTs) are an easily digestible type of fat sourced from coconut oil. MCTs are easily used by the brain due to their short length and can improve mood and help fight off mental fogginess.
• Marine collagen and silica are both well researched ingredients that are commonly used in a wide range of beauty products and supplements.
