The physical aperture ring of this lens is great for anyone wanting to make fast and intuitive manual adjustments, while as the aperture ring is de-clickable, it can be used for quiet operation while shooting movies. Another addition to this aperture ring is its lockable function, which saves it from bumping off Auto mode during shooting.
