If you are coming to the interchangeable lens world from smartphones or similar smart devices, this is likely to be a more successful learning curve for you, but rest assured this does not equate to a sacrifice of picture quality. Included in the X-E3 and one of the key reasons for the success of the X-series, is the X-trans sensor, this one being of the 24.2MP variety. The AF system has been revamped, with its 91-points and new algorithms providing quick and accurate performance, suitable to subjects that are still or moving. For the moving subjects, you are also provided with a rapid burst rate of up to 14 frames per second.
