Mismatch brews at the Lot 100 destination it shares with sister brands including The Hills Cider Co and 78 Degrees Distillery, working to a flavour-over-power philosophy. This is a full-strength, full-flavoured expression of the hazy style. A heavy cryo-hop regime of Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Idaho 7 and Sabro drives punchy tropical notes of pineapple, passionfruit, coconut and citrus. The mouthfeel is thick, juicy and viscous beneath a soft, marshmallowy head, finishing with a smooth, balanced sweetness rather than harsh bitterness.
