The smooth elongated reflector allows this light reach an incredibly impressive throw of 569 yards. With the included high capacity 5000mAh 26650 battery, the R40 has an amazing runtime of up to 90 minutes at 1000 lumens and over 1000 hours on the single lumen ultra-low setting, great for extended operations. Plus with three different charging options. The contact based wall mounted charger and desktop cradle make it easy to dock and un-dock the charger , and a USB charging port so you never have to worry about where you go and how you're going to charge your light.
