Pentax K1 Mark II Body The original Pentax K-1 announced Pentax as one to watch in the full-frame DSLR field and this new K-1 Mark II cements the brand's place as a major player. Based around a 36.4MP full-frame CMOS sensor and an updated Prime IV processing engine, the K-1 Mark II will bring an improvement in image quality and processing speeds, and thanks to an accelerator unit there is a notable boost in low-light performance, right through to the top ISO of 819200. Some other noteworthy features of this exciting new body included up to 4.4 frames per second continuous shooting and Full HD video recording. There's no room for blurry pictures, with the Pentax K-1 Mark II including 5-Axis In-Body shake reduction, which can suppress the effects of camera shake by an impressive 5 shots. As well as being equipped to handle all manner of movement, this system is compatible with every K-mount lens, thanks to its being built-in the camera's body. Also built into the K1 Mark II's body is the unique Pixel Shift Resolution II setting, which shifts and composes 4 shots to capture maximum clarity and an effective resolution of 42MP. In the K-1 Mark II, this feature can now be implemented when shooting handheld, a feature which Pentax refers to as Dynamic Pixel Shift resolution. Other Key Features
