These drills are ideal for use in thin materials and sheet metals. This single bit does the job of multiple drill bits. The two-flute design ensures smooth and accurate drilling with automatic deburring - resulting in burr free drilling without sheet deformation. No pilot hole is required. Each step corresponds to a hole size. The step depth is 5mm. Set includes 4-12mm, 4-20mm and 4-30mm drill bit.

Gold Finish

A very hard gold coloured, Titanium Nitride, surface finish a few microns thick is achieved by Physical Vapour Deposition. As with all surface coated tools, performance will deteriorate after resharpening. The coating helps dissipate heat and reduces friction and cold welding. Higher speed and feed rates can be achieved and life expectancy is greatly increased.
