This whisky is fully matured in top-quality, fully imported Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. Having spent a minimum of 7 years in sherry casks, this whisky is comparable to the renowned sherry cask releases from Scotland. The process from mashing and fermenting to aging and bottling all takes place on site.
