A collab with our mates at Brew York in the UK, FLIP ‘N POUR uses so much fruit, you need to gently mix it up before you crack the can. We’ve even put the label on upside down so you don’t forget. We started with a thick, milk sugar kettle soured base, then during fermentation we added insane amounts of mango, pineapple and guava. It’s probably not one of your 5 a day but it’s one hell of a brew!
