Bottega Gold is one of Italy's most recognisable sparkling wines, instantly identified by its striking metallic gold bottle. Produced by the Bottega family in the Veneto, it is a Prosecco DOC Brut crafted from Glera grapes using the Charmat method.
It pours a brilliant straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet is fresh and refined, offering white flowers, golden apple, pear and a touch of citrus. The palate is soft, harmonious and elegant, with vibrant fruit, a slim body and lively, well-balanced acidity carrying through to a long finish.
