Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz are drawn from the estate's terra rossa vineyards, the red soil over limestone that lends Coonawarra reds their earthy, structured character. Cabernet leads the way here, bringing dark berry fruit, mint, thyme and a graphite-like dusting, while Shiraz fills the middle with juicy red berries and a cool-climate lift.
