Pedro Domecq is one of the great historic names of Jerez, the sun-baked corner of Andalusia in southern Spain that gives the world sherry. Drawing on generations of blending and cellar craft, the house produces a range of classic styles, and this Medium Dry sits comfortably between the bone-dry and the lusciously sweet expressions of the region. Built around a nutty, amontillado-style base and rounded out with a gentle touch of sweetness, it pours a bright amber to light copper.
