The Pryml Barrel Swivels are a brass construction, built for durability in harsh conditions. The main purpose of a fishing swivel is to prevent line twist when fishing in currents or during retrieval, which in turn will prevent tangling and knotting. The line from a rod and reel is tied to one end, and a length of fishing line or leader with a hook, lure or sinker, is tied to the other.
