Park Lane is an Australian-made London Dry gin, built along classic lines rather than chasing the contemporary style. London Dry is a method rather than a place: all flavour comes from botanicals introduced during distillation, with nothing added afterwards beyond water, which means the spirit has to stand on the quality of the distillate alone.

Expect the traditional shape that style implies. Juniper leads, piney and resinous, with citrus peel providing lift and coriander seed, angelica root and orris lending the dry, faintly earthy spine that makes a classic dry gin work so well with mixers.

An easy, everyday gin for a gin and tonic with plenty of ice and a wedge of lemon or lime. It also sits comfortably in the classics, from a tom collins to a gimlet.
