Bright Pale Ale is the flagship from Bright Brewery, the family-owned MountainCrafted brewery founded in 2005 on the Ovens River in Bright, deep in Victoria's alpine High Country. Pristine mountain water and close ties with regional hop growers run through everything the brewery makes. This is an Australian-style pale ale: light-bodied, fruit-forward and easy-drinking, with low bitterness over a lean malt base. It showcases Australian-grown hops including El Dorado, Trident, Salvo, Galaxy and Vic Secret. The aromatics are punchy and modern, with bright tropical and citrus notes of pineapple, passionfruit and pawpaw alongside grapefruit and mandarin. Refreshing and moreish, it is the brewery's true taste of home.
