Domaine Naturaliste Discovery Sav Blanc Semillon 2025 750ml

Domaine Naturaliste's Discovery Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a textbook Margaret River SBS from winemaker Bruce Dukes — two parts Sauvignon Blanc to one part Semillon, a duet that Margaret River arguably does better than anywhere else in the world. Around 15% is fermented in new French oak barriques with the remaining 85% in seasoned puncheons, adding exotic spice and textural harmony to the aromatic fruit.

The long, gentle 2025 season has given the wine pristine natural acidity and real elegance. Sauvignon Blanc lifts the nose with gooseberry and lychee, while Semillon adds fig, white grapefruit and a mineral thread. Bright, juicy and layered on the palate, with ginger spice and a grapefruit-driven finish — plenty of zip and vibrant summer drinkability.

A go-to Margaret River white at a highly approachable price point.
