Mancino Vermouth di Torino Secco is an artisanal dry Italian vermouth created by world-renowned bartender Giancarlo Mancino. According to the official distillery profile, it is crafted using a delicate Trebbiano di Romagna wine base fortified with a natural sugar beet spirit and infused with 19 aromatic botanicals.
Appearance: Clear, pale yellow with a subtle hint of green.
Nose: An intense "full nose" of Mediterranean herbs (sage, marjoram, oregano) balanced by delicate floral and citrus aromas of lemongrass and dog rose.
