The flagship Kentucky Straight Bourbon is built on a mash of corn, rye and barley malt, then patiently aged in new charred oak barrels in the distillery's century-old warehouses on the banks of the Kentucky River. In the glass it shows a deep amber colour, with a complex nose of vanilla, mint and molasses leading into a rich, pleasantly sweet palate.
