Kogel Hybrid bearings use premium grade Silicon Nitride (Si3n4) Bearings and premium hardened steel bearing races which are mirror polished to perfection. The result? A long lasting, smooth bearing which provides less resistance and is less prone to failures. These bearings are rated to the Grade 3 / ABEC 5 level - built to spin with minimal friction.This bottom bracket will be plug and play for installing a Fram GXP crank on a 386EVO frame. No adapters, just press the cups and GXP reducer, plug in the cranks and go play.Choose road bearings for road bikes, cross bearings for mountain bikes and cyclocross or if you frequently ride your road bike on wet roads..
